How do we book our Savannah itinerary with your company?

  • Complete our travel questionnaire
  • Once your consulting fee is paid, your will be able to book a time to speak to your personal travel consultant to start a conversation about your trip.
  • You’ll get a draft of your daily travel plan to review and be able to request changes.
  • After you pay your balance, you will receive your finalized trip itinerary.
  • Your travel consultant will book your activities, tours, and make restaurant reservations. (The Explorer and The Seasoned Traveler only) All reservations will be included on your itinerary.
  • Need help while you are in Savannah, you can reach us by email or phone. (The Explorer and The Seasoned Traveler only)

Are all trips custom built?

Absolutely! Each itinerary is tailored to your requests for a one-of-a-kind itinerary. We consider your travel partners, your budget, and your length of stay.

Why would I book with you when we can do everything online?

Because planning a trip takes a lot of work and TIME! The average person spends 10 – 25 hours online planning a trip. We know Savannah well and can help you with logistics during your time here. Why trust online reviews by someone you don’t know when we can give you an expert opinion.

Can I give input on my travel plan?

Yes! We encourage you to let your travel consultant know of any existing plans, particular sights you have in mind, or restaurant reservations. Once you receive your itinerary, you will be allowed to change things. Once the itinerary is finalized, any additional major updates are $25 – $50, depending on the request.

Is your tour handicap accessible?

If you will be using a wheelchair or scooter, please let us know prior to the tour.

Do I pay upfront?

You will pay a consulting fee to retain our services. This covers the time your travel consultant spends working with you on your itinerary and organizing all your recommendations and suggestions. Once you pay the itinerary fee, we will send your itinerary.

Do you book my hotel?

We do not book hotels, but we will be happy to recommend accommodations based on your preferences.

What if I want a private guide service for the day, does your company do that?

Yes we do! Click on our Private Tour Tab for information. Submit your request and one of our travel consultants will contact you regarding our availability.

How long does the process take?

Filling out your travel questionnaire takes just 2 – 5 minutes. Please remember the more information you can share with us, the better your trip will be. Once you have talked with your travel consultant, we will have your itinerary ready in 5-7 business days.

Inclement Weather Policy

It is our first and foremost concern to provide a safe and fun experience. In the event of stormy weather, please contact our office for instructions. Our tours operate with light sprinkling rain if there is no active thunder or lightening. We may call you prior to your tour and decide, (with your input) to delay our start time, cancel or reschedule. If we cancel due to weather, a full refund will be given immediately, unless you reschedule. If our guide determines conditions to be unsafe to continue the tour we will cancel the tour and credit your account for a future tour or refund your money.

Should I give my tour guide a gratuity?

A gratuity is never expected, but always appreciated. The amount is up to you.
